This home is less than a five minute drive from Okemo Mountain Clock Tower base lodge, where you'll find over 100 trails for every ski level, while also boasting private or group lessons for kids, mountain coaster plus mountain biking, hiking and concerts in summer. Less than a mile to downtown Ludlow where you can stroll through the shops and enjoy a variety of restaurants and bars.

Whether you've spent the day skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer, return to a vacation home that feels like home. Settle in and thaw out in front of the wood-burning fireplace with a good book or movie. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to enjoy making crowd pleasing meals. Your group will love being able to eat together around our dining room table that seats 8.

The fun continues in the warmer months on Cardiff-by-the-Ski’s spacious back deck. Enjoy yard games while barbecuing and then gather the group around the firepit for s’mores and stargazing.

The main floor features the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with tub, and two bedrooms each with a queen size bed.  The upstairs features one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with two twin beds, and a bathroom with a shower.  The washer and dryer are located in the basement.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises- this includes cigarettes, vaping, e-cigarettes, pipes, or marijuana.  The smoking of cigars at the fire pit is permitted so long as cigar stubs are left in the fire pit.

2 dog(s) are welcome in this home with additional pet fee. No other animals are allowed without specific approval.

There is a STRICT 8 person maximum.  This is based on VT and Ludlow laws and ordinances.   Due to insurance, persons must be over 25 years of age to book.

This house has video surveillance in both the front yard and back of the property. This is for safety purposes and to enforce house rules, including the 8 person maximum.

Parking notes: There is driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.  In winter all vehicles MUST have 4WD or AWD.  The road is maintained by the town, but due to the incline of the road, 4WD or AWD is required if there is snow on the ground.
