This 4 bedroom 2 bath home is set on 2 acres on a quiet residential street. The property features a pond and bonfire pit, along with an oversized patio and grill. The indoor wood fireplace adds the perfect ambiance to this cozy home.

Enjoy all southern Vermont has to offer.

In warmer months, you'll find plenty of great places to hike, bike, swim, and fish at Okemo State Forest, Plymouth State Park, Buttermilk Falls, and Healdville Trail, all less than a ten minute drive. There are brand new mountain bike and trail running trails only 1/2 mile away on the Ludlow LAST trails. Cardiff-by-the-Ski is approximately three miles away from some of Vermont's best golf at Fox Run Golf Club. Fox Run boasts a challenging 18-hole championship course, a driving range, a kid-friendly mini-course, a golf simulator, upscale dining with entertainment, and more. In the height of fall foliage, Cardiff-by-the-Ski is the perfect vacation home to explore Vermont’s famed covered bridges, brew pubs, and wineries. For even more fun, go see the Weston Theater Company that's only 11 miles away. Okemo Mountain runs non-stop summer fun with hiking trails, a mountain coaster, adventure park, summer camps for kids, and outdoor music on Friday nights.

In winter months, enjoy being a five minute drive to Okemo Mountain Clock Tower base lodge.  Okemo Mountain, owned by Vail Resorts, boasts over 100 trails and is the perfect family-friendly mountain.  Make first tracks and then come home for lunch before heading back for an afternoon powder session.  If you want to explore beyond Okemo, you are only a quick drive away from Killington, Pico, Bromley, Magic, or Stratton mountains.

Finally, visit us to enjoy Vermont's famed fall foliage.  "Leaf peepers" from all around the country flock to Vermont from mid-September to mid-October to enjoy the breath-taking views of the red, orange, and gold leaves the light up the trees.  Southern Vermont is packed with fall festivals and scenic walking trails this time of year.
